An Unusual Forsyth Roller Primer Blunderbuss Inscribed Forsyth & Co. Patent Gunmakers, London, No. 1968, Mid-19th Century With browned twist barrel turned and belled at the muzzle and fitted with a spring bayonet above, octagonal breech becoming polygonal and signed along the top flat, breech with two gold lines, foliate engraved tang with engraved bayonet-catch, border engraved flat lock engraved 'Forsyth & Co.
