Italy, around 1700
Our Lady standing on a plinth in contrapost with a garment rich in folds and painted with
floral motifs, draped mantle, the Child Jesus sitting on her right arm touches her chin,
on her inclined head a crown of coloured stones. Wood, carved, hollowed at the back,
painted in colour and partly gilded. H. 105 cm. - Signs of age.

Auf Plinthe im Kontrapost stehende Muttergottes im faltenreichen, floral bemalten Gewand
und bewegt, drapierten Mantel, das auf ihrem rechten Arm sitzende Jesuskind berührt ihr
Kinn, auf dem geneigten Haupt eine Farbsteinbesetzte Krone. Holz, geschnitzt, rückseitig
gehöhlt, farbig gefasst und teilweise vergoldet. H. 105 cm. - Altersspuren.
