DROSTE CACAO (2) Emailschild, gewölbt, dick schabloniert, zudem fein lithographiert, Niederlande um 1915, 38 x 60 cm. Bester Glanz, die Schäden rund um die Montagelöcher mit Farbe optisch beruhigt. Eine Ikone der frühen nl. Reklame, stilprägend für den nach ihm benannten „Droste-Effekt“ (das Motiv wiederholt sich fortlaufend im Bild). Sehr selten. Emaillen bord, bol. Dé klassieker uit Nederland. Goede glans en rond de ophanggaten kleine stukjes bijgekleurd. Een ikoon van de Nederlandse reclamekunst, m.n. door het "Droste-effect". Enamel sign, convex, stenciled and nicely lithoed, one of the icons of old dutch advertising, known for the "Droste effect" (picture in picture). Very rare.
